    Punk Buster has been known to have issues in several EA games

what you are looking for is this message  ,You have been kicked by the Administator , while playing Battlefield 3 you may need to manually update your     Punkbuster installation.

    First, download PBSetup from here: http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloader/download.php?file=1

    When you start PBSetup, you will be presented with EvenBalance's licence agreement. Accept the agreement to proceed.

    The utility will then download information about the latest PunkBuster version for BF3. Once this is complete, you are presented with a list of the PunkBuster-enabled games that are on your systems.

    If Battlefield 3 is not in that list, you can add it:

    1: Click on "Add a Game"
    2: In the topmost dropdown box, choose "Battlefield 3″
    3: Click on "Add Game"
    4: You should now have Battlefield 3 in the list of PunkBuster-enabled games.

    Now update the PunkBuster DLLs. Click on Battlefield 3, and choose "Check for Updates". PBsetup will check if the DLLs are up-to-date, if not, the latest DLLs will be downloaded and installed. .

    At this point PunkBuster is fully up to date and configured for Battlefield 3 , Hopefully this will solve the issue

and bad news , I WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN THIS IN SIMPLE TERMS , For those players that want to "play Honestly and have fun" Punk Buster is alive and default in BF3 , for the servers that choose to stream there server with " PB Bans" what this means is , all the servers that are "streaming in PBBans" they are connected and sharing there bans ,if they are running the MBI feature , any bans that are in the EA system for any of there games that are running the same Guilds are also banned in "BF3" how ever this will not stop the cheaters ,but it will make it a more pain in the butt for them to get into the servers.

Now for the bad news Punk Buster has its Glitches ,and requires manual updates from time to time see the post above.
