When you order from EA they charge you shipping/handling charges,however they charge you TAX ALSO   Shoot,when you order from within the united states tax is exempt (in other words they are not suppose to charge you tax) when hundreds order from EA THAT ADDS UP TO BE hundreds of  dollars,I have contacted customer support and  I am waiting there response  so i can post information on guide lines to resolve this

I don't really know about the shipping but in regards to taxes, taxes are only applicable if the company HQ or its sister company or branch is located in the same state as you. EA has never charged me me taxes. Just like for example if you life in the same state as new egg you would get charged taxes.
